Minty Joy sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Minty Joy reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition.

All Minty Joy products are made to order. Most products take 3-5 business days to make by Joy Park and knitted products take 5-7 business days to make by Grace Park, a production partner.

In addition, Minty Joy sends all packages via USPS standard First-class mail delivery service (3-5 business day delivery) in the United States only. If you would like to receive your order sooner than the standard production and shipping delivery days, please contact us before you purchase it to verify the estimated delivery date. Orders of $35 or over receive free shipping.
